in the tab media I can insert only one video. How can two or more videos?

By inserting them directly in the text editor with AllVideos or by setting up a new extrafield which will serve as a second editor.

Could you tell me something more? If I add an extra field this will be displayed inside the text. No as a tab, isn't it?

Also, how can I manage the tabs. Initial have two or three (Description, Media, Contact etc). How can I add more?

It will be visible under the extrafields tab.
If you wish to implement a video gallery(new tabs on the administration panel) you need to develop a K2 plugin.

As I already told you, you need a K2 plugin for this to work.
This demo plugin is a minimalist video gallery actually.

You can use extrafields as well. You can use an editor and manually paste the AllVideos snippet in there.
