I configured the user profile with term of service, but in user account I don't see any field with term of service either in profile or terms of service area. See attachmented.

Which plugin is this?

The default profile plugin does not offer these options.
Make sure that plugin offers integration with K2 as well or try using Joomla!'s default Profile plugin
