Hi,

We have taken an existing LIVE site and created a backup of it on our dev server. However, when trying to view current PDF attachments in the dev site we receive an error, "K2_FILE_DOES_NOT_EXIST".

IF we create a new attachment on the dev site it works fine. Our concern is 100's of newsletters not working if we move our dev site to LIVE.

Please advise on why we're getting the error with the expected behavior of links. We are also slightly confused by (component/k2/item/download) seems to be a virtual directory that is being referenced in URL string.

It should be noted that our dev site is a subdomain and the live site is primary domain.

Hi. Have you moved also the attachments files to the new site? The attachments are saved by default under /media/k2/attachments .

Thanks! Not sure how moving the live site over to dev didn't copy those files but you were right - they were missing.
