My problem in K2 Categories when i add the intro-text with hyperlink not showing the link , It showing only in full text , What to do to make hyperlink work with intro-text .

maybe you have set in

- Category a limit of words in Introtext. So the Text get HTML-stripped
- k2-Options to cleanup html (2nd Tab)

So in Category is no Word-Limit set and there is also no Clean-Up in k2-Options?

Are Text Filter Settings in Joomla Global Configuration allowing HTML?
