I found a K2 items blocks was created by Χρήστος Ντουρζιώτης (BeU)

I found the item block which appeared in attached file. I would like to add in homepage of my website, which is beu.com.cy

I cannot see the attachment. If that block is a module you need to publish it your home menu item in the appropriate position.

I would like similar in hompage. I think its nsp suffix but i cant to set up

This is a custom built K2 Content module.

You need to override the K2 Content module to give it a similar look and feel.
