Could someone give me a price quote on the creation of list like this - with a quick load time:

I have tried myself but the list uses up to 15 seconds to load and i am therefore quite sure I'm doing something wrong:
  • Shows the above used "Extra Fields"
    • 

  • Loads as fast as any other page
    • 

  • Honors if a ITEM has set that the title should not be linking
    • 

  • Follows the attached layout
