I just downloaded the last version of K2. I activated K2 SEF parameters but i have difficulties to have get my rewritted url.

I just want something like that

http://mysite / alias-category / alias-item .html

You do not really any SEF settings for this type of URL.

All you need to do it to map these K2 categories into separate menu items.
