How do we remove the General album folder that appears at the top of the page? We only have one category and don't want it showing here in our News section.

you can append "display: none;" to div.itemListCategory img in css-file (use dev-tools of your Browser). If you have no Override, you lost your changes on next k2-Update. so make 1st an Override and your changes there.
