I'm trying to figure out how to sell a photo digital download. I followed how to sell digital guide with no luck.

I create a k2 item (components > k2 > items ), but it will not allow me to save unless i select a category. So i create a category (all user levels).

I then go back and create the item. I add the file attachment on the item creation page that i want to be downloaded, enable cart and shipping also.

I then go menu > main menu > add new menu item and then select k2 store > downloads.

I go to the front page and clear cache. Click on the new link i made in the main menu, and get a no downloads available label.

can someone please tell me where i'm going wrong?
