K2 is excellent. One place where we have a query is :

We have a user which needs editing rights to one category and rest he can comment on all other categories..

We have defined the rights as :
User Group A
- Post comments : Yes
- Front-end item editing : Yes
- Add discussions : Yes
- Edit own discussions : Yes
- Edit any item : Yes
- Publish items : Yes
- Allow editing of already published discussions : Yes

- Filter : Select from List
- Categories : editable category
- Automatically assign group permissions to the children of selected categories : Yes

Now the user can edit the category which he is a part of without any issues..

He however cannot comment on other categories..

please advice how can we do this..

comments are enabled in the backend configuration for all registered users.
