I've been fighiting with this error for 2 days now when i try to install a new language

Can you please help me?

This is either a permissions error. It should be 755 for folders and 644 for file, your host can correct this. Or the /tmp and /log folder paths have not been correctly specified in your configuration.php file.

Everything is OK. Permission and path to temp and log are good. Any sugesstions?

This is a Joomla! related issue, not a K2.
You can look at Joomla!'s forums on why you cannot install extensions.

Alternatively you can ask your host or redownload the language package in case it was corrupted in the first place.
