K2 User not secure was created by WebHelpUS
K2 User module, is displaying my URL as http instead of https so my site is not having a green padlock. I located the problem in the login.php file (modules/mod_k2_user/tmpl/login.php) this line:

You can override the mod_k2_user file so you won't lose any changes.

Thanks for the reminder on overrides. I keep forgetting to use them. However, shouldn't a more permanent solution be in place so it works with SSL in the future?

The option for SSL is located in the module.
