How to tell Joomla to Stop using its native way was created by Roberto Barcenas
Hello All.
I'm new to Joomla and of course, new to K2 and I'm struggling in how to use it.
Now I have all my native Joomla data, copied in K2 form, but I don't know how to tell Joomla that now I want to use K2 instead of its native structure. I tested inactivating an article in K2, but the article is still showing in my website.
Can anybody please tell me how do I do to deactivate the original structure and start using K2?
Thanks in advance

- Installed Joomla 2.5
- Created some categories / articles / etc
- Installed K2 and used the Import button

You need to change your menu structure to reflect your change.
Swap your Categories/ articles menu items with ones using K2 categories/ items.

Thank you Krikor. I guess I have to set up a local copy to play with it before I use it in production.
