on the website I use k2.
in the titles of some items is the apostrophe and sometimes there are words with accents.
when I want to share on facebook text formatting looks like in the picture I am attaching

if I insert the link directly to facebook this problem does not happen
I have modified the file in view.html com_k2/view /item but nothing has changed
Can you help me to solve?

Do you have a separate plugin for handling this ? I see a plugin named bt_socialshare. I also see that you have duplicate tags for facebook in your page source which verifies that you are using also an extension on top of K2 for adding these tags. First you need to find and disable this extension and see if the incorrect tag is produced by K2 or the other extension.

I have disabled the plugin bt social
there are no other active plugins
but the problem continues to be present

Just tested with the title " Grappa di Dolcetto d'Alba 2014 " under Joomla! 3.3 / K2 2.6.8 and it works fine for me. Check for any other plugins that might affect the page title.
