How can I associate item in english language to another one in arabic language (not by using menu) I mean like core joomla article

note: my blog may have more than 200 item so I cant create menu for each item

Hi. There is no association implemented in K2.

You might want to give FasTrans a try over at www.kmel-joomla-extensions.com/ -- we've used it on a lot of multilingual J3 sites -- and they've just added K2 support.
