hi, i want to know how to resize the images from k2 (url), i want an image of 620 x 410 px
so this is what i did:

i resized my image in photoshop and uploaded it,
i changed the article XL so it shows the image with that width

here is the article (where the XL size is showed as i want) but for example, when i right click on the image of the article and get the url, i copy it and enter to it

i get an image of 900x525 px ... how do i establish the size to be 620 x 410 px when entering to the image url?

Hello If you need to regenerate your images please use this plugin github.com/rdeutz/rebuildK2imageCache

Even if you resized the images you have to either reupload the theme or use that plugin.

This is not a Joomla! plugin. It's a custom script. It cannot be installed via the extension manager. The repository contains instructions regarding how to use it. Alternatively you cna just try to upload the image again.

ty, sorry i thought i had to install it because krakor said it was a plug in :P

i did the 2 steps already

1) Copy this file as rebuild.php into "JPATH_ROOT/media/k2/items"

2) Check Variables, use a size of 0 for not processing this image size

3) run it "php -f rebuild.php" (it overwrites existing files without notice)

but i dont understand the 3rd step, what do i do to run it guys?

It 's ok.
It is not a normal Joomla! plugin and it does not have a User Interface.
The file should be executed through the command line. It is intended more as a development tool rather than an extension.
