K2 NOT LOADING THE COMMENT FORM was created by Moses

Hi, am running joomla3.3.3 and have installed k2compent but when i click on poat a coment the form is not loading... what could be the problem?

Hi. The problem is that probably you have not set up correctly the comments. You need to first go to K2 parameters and ensure that comments are enabled. Check also the rest related options there. After that you might need to edit the K2 user groups permissions and allow some of the groups to be able to comment.

Thank you very much, i forgot to tell you that the component is working very well in LOCALHOST (WAMP SERVER) but when uploaded its not loading...

OK, to be specific, after creating categories & items, then i have created a menu called (POST A COMMENT) when i click on post a comment it suppost to display a form to comment. but in my case when i click on post a comment its blank. what could be the problem?

Ok, this means there is a PHP error somewhere in the code.

Enable error reporting (set it to Development) from your site's global configuration to see the actual error.

its has worked ave enabled error reporting am getting this Error

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_regex_encoding() in /home/pceaever/public_html/components/com_k2/helpers/route.php on line 94"

This means that the mutlibytes extenion is not installed in your live server,
You should contact your hosting provider about this.
