How to change K2 Items in Search results was created by Jana Janka
Ok I have another issue and after I creased search-bar and assign to a Blog, once I tested and search something, the results shows up BUT I would like to replace"K2 Items" check-box to "Blog Items".

You can perform a language override.
docs.joomla.org/J2.5:Language_Overrides_in_Joomla

The language string you need to change is: K2_ITEMS
