How can I adjust the way, how K2 manages the archiv?
I have a category structure like this:
2014
2013
2012
2011
2010
2009
...
I want K2 to move all categories older than 5 years to archive.
Possible? Any documentation about the archive?

You can do this manually.
Create a category called archive and move all these categories under this one.
Alternatively move all these items to that category and delete their old categories.

this is exactly the way I used to do this now. But I'm looking for a smarter way ... B)

You can look for an extension at the JED or here getk2.org/extend which automates the procedure.
