Hi I am writing this because probably you misunderstood what I wrote in my review (extensions.joomla.org/extensions/authoring-a-content/content-construction/8061#rev-166360)
What I meant is that in Joomla! 3 you can associate an item which e.g. in Greek language directly to another item in let's say English language, so when someone is viewing an article or a category, if he changes language he is in the same article or category.
I think in K2 the only way to associate items is if they are in a menu and that's what I meant in my review, not that it's not multilingual.

This feature is already implemented in the upcoming version 3.
Both for items and K2 categories.
