Hello! I am install K2 v 2.6.8 on my site, Joomla v 3.3.6, clear installation. Hi. Try to create a menu link to the category of this item. This way Joomla! will route the link to this menu item and you will be able to show/hide your modules for that page in the module manager.

This problem appeared when I click "Enable K2 user profile" in the "General site settings".
