I want to prevent the Users from using elFinder to display the server file When they trying to upload image in there post. How i can do that ?!

There is only Button - Image (editors-xtd) and after disable it nothing change...
I just want to disable the area where you can access elFinder file manager to display some file on the server but i want them to use Image Tap to upload images from there computer...

What Krikor suggested is wrong. The editor button has nothing to do with the K2 media manager. You cannot disable K2 media manager. You can tweak it however to use a different directory. If you update the paths in the core media manager settings then K2 media manager will "listen" to that change. Alternatively you can just hide the button of the form using CSS. Note that hiding the button will not prevent someone who knows the URL to use the media manager.
