Hello, Needing help asap. I have a blog that the RSS icon is displayed in category views but is not able to be clicked on. I would like to see this available for the public to subscribe to. If I sign in and the user has front end editing rights I can click on the icon and subscribe. If signed in as a user without front end editing rights I can not click the icon. Need help soon. Ultimately I would like to make it possible to have only registered users can subscribe to the feed but without front end editing capabilities, but I am fine with the public being able to subscribe.

Did you develop the rss button or did you use the one from the K2 template?
You can use Joomla!'s user docs.joomla.org/JFactory/getUser function to hide/ show elements for public users.
