Hello,

I have a setup of K2 Category menu and the lead category has two or more sub categorys.
In the page view it shows the first sub category (summary) no problem but the 2nd category just comes up as image aviatar and no title or text.

Any ideas as to why that is ?

You change the elements that are shown from the category's settings.
