I have a menu item that displays a k2 category that has various sub categories. I'm attempting to disable the option "Fetch Items from Children Categories" but every time I click "Save" it comes back and enabled upon refreshing.

Where in the Mysql can I force this change? In my "xxx_menu" table there isn't an obvious param to set for this. (the only one I'm assuming is "subcontent":"normal"}" in the params field...but changing this around doesn't seem to make a difference..

Any ideas? It's driving me crazy.

Thanks for that tip! Works great. My next issue now is saving Item ordering. I'm guessing it's due to the fact that I've selected multiple categories now, it doesn't know which one to inherit from and changing the dropdown for ordering behaves like my first problem (does not save, and reverts upon clicking save). Any thoughts on overriding this? I need these pages in alphabetical order, and it's defaulting to most recent.

Scratch that. I found the secondary Item Ordering dropdown. This solved my problem. Thanks for the help!!!!
