I have a list of lets say 25 tags that I want my team of users to stick to when posting content on my website.

Is there any way that instead of having a user type each tag that they want to use they can select them from the tags that I have already created?

You have to select the Lock Tag setting and use the Selection-based tagging setting in K2's advanced settings.
