how can i do, that the image comes first on responsive design and then the text.
Now, i have the text and the image under the text.

You need to override your item.php file. This post will help you on the overrides, getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates

In the item.php you need to locate the image block and move it before the title.
You can locate the image by searching in the file's comments for <!-- Item Image --> .
