after installing the update "K2_DEV_BUILD", when adding a new K2 item, the popup window appears as well as all the titles of the functions together. But each title must appear above of each function (marked in the atachment with number 1).

And another thing, could you tell me how to make the menus disappear, the ones marked in the atachment with numbers 2,3,4?

There is possible JS conflict in your site, that is why the tabs are laid out the way they are.
Furthermore the itemform.php file can be overriden.

You can remove the tabs entirely.

The buttons in the second red circle are editor-xtd plugins. You can deactivate them or set a higher access level from Joomla!'s plugin manager.

Finally for the images you can restrict front-end uploads or you can remove the inout field entirely.

I searched the plug in manager and I didn't find any editor-xtd plugins installed.

In Joomla!'s plugin manager sort your plugins by type and select the editors-xtd type.
