I am new to both to joomla and k2, but have now a fine website - almost... In the right side of my website I have news, set up as items with the a category for news. But, they show up as a list. Why? My "main content area" are just made of div. Where does this ul li come from? I have changed the category_item.php (I have made another template called news, and changed the category_item.php ind that folder) and has of cource used that template for the new category i have change, but no change ind the website.

All I can find searching for this problem is that the bullit on extraFields there. But I have no extra fields in this category? Only a heading and a text.

Hi. This is the default markup. If you want to change it to fit your needs you can do it. This getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates includes instructions regarding K2 templates.
