Im am lookin for a way to create a Menu item that shows a list of tags with links to all articles, with the Tag names as headlines and the links as list below, like this.

Tag 01
- Link to article 01
- Link to article 02
- Link to article 03
- Link to article 04
...

Tag 02
- Link to article 04
- Link to article 05
- Link to article 06
...

Tag 03
- Link to article 01
- Link to article 03
- Link to article 06
...

Preferably the articles would be of a specifiesd category only. I have searched the web and the extesions directories of Joomla! and K2, but I could not find anything that obviously gives me this functionality.

I think you need to create a custom component for this. This functionality is not available out of the box.
