I need to batch change an url/path into items.
In which database table are stored extrafield data?
The only one I found with data is k2_items / extra_fields_search but it seems doesn't affect items data.

The db table for the extrafields is xx_k2_extra_fields.

You should be looking for the xx_k2_items table and the extra_fields cell. This is where the fields are saved for that item.
