Hello!
How can I translate date (Nov) to other language?
Screenshot: ssmaker.ru/483812fb/
Its plugin K2. I searched in language files - it doesn't help.

You need to translate the front-end of your site.
This can be done from Joomla!'s language manager.

You also need to install K2's proper language pack.

Its standart language manager or I should install it? In standart I can't find where translate front-end site (joomla 3.2.0): SSMaker.ru/d6cbf6db/

Language pack already installed.

If you installed Joomla!'s language pack then this is a template issue. Since all other aspects of your template seem to have been properly translated this is a template issue.

You need to address this issue to the template's developer.
