i need help.. i recently installed a quickstart template called vt billiard that uses k2 contents.. after the installation of the template was done successfully on godaddy, i have not been able to log into the administration side of the the webpage to make editing.. it's so frustrating.. i was asked to check the permissions and enable a jos_usergroups or authentication at myPHPAdmin but i have tried all to no avail.. the only usergroup tables on myPHPAdmin is being managed by K2 namely mpicw_k2_users
and mpicw_k2_user_groups .. anyway to edit or change some settings in the database to enable me to log into the backend?

K2 will not allow you/ restrict you from accessing the administrator area.
This issue is unrelated to K2 and I would suggest that you address this issue to the developers of the quickstart package.

please i have a template installed but anytime i log on as superuser all the menus and slides disappear except the home button. if i try reading articules the menus appear.. but as soon as i click home they all disappear. i am using vt billiard

You need to contact the template developer if you are referring to the site and not the administrator area.

In any other cases check your ACL and reinstall Joomla.
This is an issue unrelated to K2.
