we have installed K2 2.6.8 on Joomla 3.3.6, with PHP 5.4.
mbstring is enabled.

but I still get errors when I try to display a K2 category as a menu;
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/####/public_html/components/com_k2/helpers/route.php on line 93"

Any idea ?

K2 needs PHP's Multibyte string support to be enabled.
You need to address this issue to your hosting provider.

if i select php v7.. i have a big error ...

if i select 5.6, is only the k2 error...

This is a server misconfiguration option.
If they won't install a module which is present in 99% of PHP installations then you should really reconsider your partnership.
