I could not figure it out that how a registered user can edit its own comment if he has made a typo or any mistake which he wants to correct. There is option that user can moderate comments on its own published items but there is no option to edit comments which they have made on other user's item !!

Please let me know if i am missing something to accomplish this functionality?

A registered user cannot modify his comments for security reasons. You can make a feature request for the upcoming version at github.com/joomlaworks/k2-v3-dev-build
