Menu items not showing in front of slideshow

Menu items not showing in front of slideshow was created by Tiffany
The front page of the website has a slideshow. At the top is a menu, and when the menu items are published in a vertical format coming down from the main horizontal menu, the items are being shown behind the slide show. How do I modify the settings to make the menu appear in front of the slide show?

This is a z-index issue in your template.
It is unrelated to K2.

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix that? I am not familiar with Joomla very much.

It is CSS, it does not required any PHP/Joomla! coding.
You can also ask the template developer if you are using a commercial template.
