I am trying to change the formatting that results from creating a menu with the "K2 » Latest items from (one or more) users or categories" options.

Basically, I would like the the title to be larger and there to be space before the title.

I have used Firebug to try and locate the appropriate CSS, but have been unable to find anything that allows me to make the changes I'd like.

Okay, I figured it out. Used an extension called Add CSS to override the CSS in the HTML being created by the PHP.

Would be nice if someone would make a front end for those kinds of changes.

Would be nice if there were some (serious) documentation for K2 as well. For example, what are K2 Tools and how does one use them?

K2 Tools is a module that offers the following functionality:
Archives,
Custom Code,
Search,
Breadcrumbs,
Calendar,
Categories list and select box.

Simply select the functionality you need in the module's settings.
