hi guys, i am showing k2 comments in my website (they are available for public and registered users as well) but when someone comments in an article

the comment is never showed (it appears in k2 comments section from url.com/administrator->k2->comments

but in the article is invisible like if no one ever commented,

also when someone comments in an article it turns the page into HTML type like this

the page turns like this after comments imgur.com/G0iunhU
and it should be normal like this imgur.com/2XXQeUB

do any of you guys have any clue of what can be happening?

Please make sure that you are using K2's latest version. Also please send a link so I can troubleshoot the issue.

Ty so much for your help krikor, i already found the problem it was a plugin, i just disabled the plugin and enabled it again and comments appeared
