Having created my articles using K2, in which I have placed the images I wanted to use in the body of the copy (i'm using JCE), when the article is displayed on the page the related articles have no images within the image holder. I have been through the main category side menu to enable the title and intro text and specified the size of the image to be displayed. However no image appears.

I assumed that it may take a thumbnail from the image within the article - is this correct? or is there a different process for placing the image in the article to enable a thumbnail to be displayed in related articles?

In order for images to be shown in modules or category and related listings you need to upload your image through the Image tab, and not through the editor.

Thanks Krikor. I guess that means that I will require just one image to load through the tab and the rest I can paste into the copy to create my article - if I wanted to use a lot of imagery in the article?

Exactly. The article's main image should be loaded from the image tab.
