Installing Problems was created by Sabrina Münz
Hello,

i've searched for similar problems. All I've found i've tried but not successful...

Fehler
Unable to write entry

Warnung
JInstaller: :Install: Die XML-Installationsdatei konnte nicht gefunden werden.

That's my error, i've tried to install from .zip and direct from url but the error is still there. I've delete the k2 folders manual from ftp. The folders which were listed I set on 777 rights…

Have somebody an idea what can I do to install it?

Thank you forward

You can use and extension called Admin Tools that it will correct your file/ folder permissions (755/644).

Do this. Download K2 and try again.

Let me know if you are still facing issues.

Hello Krikor,

thank you. I have to tell you what happened. The Homepage I've create were first on a test server. With akeeba backup and akeeba kickstart I've load the page on the right server. There were first some problems but than it works.

Now I've tried your proposal. It doesn't install the Admin Tools. I think there is something wrong … perhaps it is the provider? I've installed the Admin Tools on my test server. It works and the permissions are 755 and 644. I think they are correct. I've installed the K2 there but now it is new error
