I am looking for some extension witch enable vote feature for K2 comments.

Something like hand-up or hand-down like it is in jcomment plugin.

I've found Comments management for K2 - component but is't working only in joomla 2,5.
I have joomla 3.3 ]

Look like there is no simple solution for this tread.
I've found components and plugins like jcomments or disqus but this way is partial solution.

Native K2 comments do not support this feature.
You can look for an extension here: getk2.org/extend/extensions or at the JED, or you can use Disqus.
