K2 Content Module Problems was created by Polished Geek, LLC
Hello,

I'm currently experiencing an issue where the K2 Content module isn't outputting information, no matter the selected K2 categories or position on the template. I'm not getting back any errors when I turn up error reporting, or issues through debug.

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Are you using an override or the default template?
Have you tried with another template?

Hi Krikor,

Thank you for responding. The designer I'm working with has customized the Joomla 3 Protostar template. I haven't tried another template, but the positions I'm working with are returning modules with no problem. I've tried specifically with the "Article List Pro" by Quirky Fox Labs.

The K2 Content module will not render if)

a) There is no content to show
b) There is an issue with the sub-template you are using.

So make sure that there is content to show ( double check its settings ) and try again with the default subtemplate.

Hey Krikor,

Yeah, there is content to show. As sort of a "sanity check" I switched it to the Beez3 template, made sure other modules were loading under a given position, then loaded that module and selected "All Categories". Still no luck. Would you like for me to send you anything to further this? Perhaps credentials to have a look at the module and/or K2 itself? I did migrate it from Joomla 1.5. I'm not sure if that is relevant, but may as well put everything on the table.

Thanks again for your feedback.
