K2 Version : 2.6.8

When I want to create new item in k2 (Component - K2 - Item - New) I look some problem with layout, my Layout k2 error since I update k2 version to latest versin, all of menu are showing, like Image, Video, Media, Author publishing status, Meta ada information, Item view options in category listings, all of menu are showing, I'm not understand what happened, anyone can help me, please?

Check the source of page to see if multiple versions of jQuery are being loaded.
Then open your browser's developer tool and check under the console tab for any js errors.
