Would it be possible to make the listing of the articles, on the authors page - www.elektroniktest.dk/brugere/john-thorn
Look like it does in my news page - www.elektroniktest.dk/kategorier/nyheder

It is possible, although for the specifics of that template you need to address this to the template's developer.

Cant i just put a link onto the string in the item.php ? And what would an example of that look like ?

I am not sure I understand you Kasper.
If you want to change the appearance of the user's list you need to edit the user.php file.
