I have mentioned this on the Kunena website forum, and I would like to mention it on this too.

I would like to know if there is a possibility to integrate Kunena with K2 in a sense that when an article (item) is posted on K2, it creates a discussion thread on Kunena

I know K2 has a built in comments section, but I would like to bypass that feature and use the discussion bot Kunena has for Joomla Articles.

Not talking about Avatars or Profiles. Just comments section that posts to the Kunena forum

By default no, however I do not know if there is a K2 plugin for this.
You can look at the JED or getk2.org/extend/extensions

It is not a request we get often.
I am afraid that this should be a custom implementation.
