mp4 tag not working was created by Doug Entwistle

I'm using AllVideos v4.70 with Joomla v3.4.1

I have the Allvideos plug in installed and enabled with the local video directory set to images/stories

in the images/stories directory is an mp4 file named: BronteSWZoneVideo.mp4

and I have the following code in a module: {mp4}BronteSWZoneVideo{/mp4}

But on the front end all that appears is the coding and not the video, what am I doing wrong?!

Hello,

Is the plugin enabled (Check the plugin manager) ?
Also is there a link to the issue?
