I'm facing this strange problem. I've installed K2 (and k2 store) . I was uploading items normally.
After I reached ~ 500 items, I could create new items but I couldn't upload item image (the rest of the item info was uploaded ok, ex. description, price etc). The system didn't show me any error message, but the image was not uploaded.
The only error message I'm getting, is when I copy an existing item. It copies everything, except the main item image, and it shows an error message (warning, copy failed), though it copied everything, but the image .
Some (maybe) helpful symptoms: When I updated k2, it let me reach ~600 items and then the problem re-appeared. Also after this, I emptied the trash (and all the trashed items) and them the system let me add 2 more, and then the problem re-appeared.
I empty joomla's cache to no avail.
Any ideas? Is it some kind of limit problem?
