You can look for a jQuery script which replaces radio icons with custom HTML markup.

Thanks Krikor, the point is that i found query that can change only the round image of the radio button, maybe i was unclear, sorry, i want to insert icon or image instead the text beside the button.

Unfortunately HTML is not supported in the labels.

Here are two possible solutions:

1) Use Yireo Font Awesome plugin to generate icons

2) Use NoNumber ReReplacer and your own shortcode logic/system (replace shortcode with HTML, in your case images)
