I would like to disable about the administrator or about the user who posts any article and lastly, the k2 dates are messed up, how do i fix this?

I'm pretty sure that's an Item in a Category. Select the Item > Edit. At the very bottom-right of the Item edit screen is a tab "Item View Options" open that and hide anything you don't want to see in the front end.

You can disable the K2 user profile all together from K2's settings.
As for the dates, since this is related to a commercial product, please open a ticket on our helpdesk.
