at the BE of a customer using the latest K2 version the drag and drop sorting is not more working. The cross for the funktion is showing up, but there is not coming the "green marking" for the category or article.. so it is not possible to sort..

Did you click on the ordering icon in the table's header to enable ordering?

Also can you check the console of your browser's developer tools for any errors?

shure i did enable the order icon.. and there is no error showing in BE even if i set report errors to maximum.. and browser developer tool don´t show any errors..

Drag n drop is only for items within the same category.
Please sort them by category and give it one more try.

Let me know if that was the issue.
